Policy features
Monthly paid – The policy is a monthly paid insurance policy which allows the client additional flexibility, no cancellation fees and no annual renewal.
Bedroom rated – Premiums are not based upon a sum insured but are rated accordingly to the property age and type, number of bedrooms and postcode up to a sum insured limit e.g. £275,000 or £400,000.
Cover options – Combinations of buildings, contents and personal possessions. Both building and contents can be offered with Extracare (accidental damage) cover and contents has a personal possessions option insuring valuables outside the home for either a total value of £3,000 (£1,000 any single item) or £5,000 (£1,500 any single item.)
Emergency home assistance – Our policy includes emergency home assistance as standard (worth over £84* a year) which covers plumbing, drainage, heating, power supply, sanitary ware, security systems and keys.
