How do I switch?

Step by step

All you need to do is complete the step by step questions which will enable us to calculate your usage and offer you the best deals.

1. Enter your current provider and tariff details.
2. Complete the information that matches your needs and current usage. 
3. switchwithus will then supply you with a list of the home phone providers and packages available to you.
4. Select your preferred package and continue through to the application stage, entering your personal details into our secure online pages. You have now successfully signed up to your preferred provider.
5. Once you have submitted your application, it will be acknowledged by e-mail and your details will be securely forwarded through to your new provider.
6. Your new provider will then start organising the transfer process and will contact you to confirm an activation date. (Process normally takes approx 14 days)

The savings illustrated are based on a customer who currently buys their electricity from their local supplier and their gas from British Gas, who have also changed their payment method from cash/cheque on receipt of bills to monthly direct debit. Consumption amounts used in this illustration are based on OFGEM stated consumption details for the average household using 3,300kwh of electricity and 20,500kwh of gas per year.
