How do I pay for my policy?
The policy is on a pay monthly scheme via direct debit, therefore you pay for one month and receive one month's cover. There is no extra charge for this service.
What information do I need to submit with my application?
You will require your mortgage account number and lender's name and address. You will also require your bank account number, sort code and bank address to arrange the direct debit.
What cancellation charges apply?
There are no cancellation charges with our Home in One Insurance policy.
Do I have to stay with the policy for a certain amount of time?
No, there is no annual tie in.
Who is the policy underwritten by?
The Home in One Insurance policy is underwritten by Norwich Union.
What excess do I pay if I claim?
The excess is £50 per claim.
What is Extracare?
