Once you have accepted the quotation one of our maintenance team will contact you to answer any questions, confirm your request and book the time and date for your appointment.

They will also take details of the locks required and the door material (i.e. wood, UPVC etc) plus take card details which will only be debited once the locks have been changed.

Lines open 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4 pm on Saturday.  Calls are recorded and charged at national rate. The savings illustrated are based on a customer who currently buys their electricity from their local supplier and their gas from British Gas, who have also changed their payment method from cash/cheque on receipt of bills to monthly direct debit.
