How do I pay?

Payment can be made by credit and debit cards. Payment details will be taken by our maintenance team and the card will be debited only once the locks have been changed.

What locks are used?

All locks will be changed with like for like* locks which adhere to British Standards. Our maintenance team will take full information from you so that the correct locks are fitted (i.e. material of door, current locks etc).

What Locksmiths do you use?

We panel manage contractors throughout the whole of the country. Each contractor is fully managed and vetted by switchwithus. We work with in excess of 60 locksmiths nationwide.

How long does it take?

The average lock takes 15 minutes to change. 

How many sets of keys do I receive?

You will receive a minimum of 2 sets of keys with each new lock.

*unless if specialist locks are currently in place when a specific quotation can be obtained.  This may require an additional appointment if locks need to be ordered.

switchwithus understand that security is important – Use our lock changing service. Lines open 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 10am – 4 pm on Saturday.  Calls are recorded and charged at national rate. The savings illustrated are based on a customer who currently buys their electricity from their local supplier and their gas from British Gas, who have also changed their payment method from cash/cheque on receipt of bills to monthly direct debit. Consumption amounts used in this illustration are based on OFGEM stated consumption details for the average household using 3,300kwh of electricity and 20,500kwh of gas per year. Figures correct as of 2nd March 2007.
